Dr. Kari Lewis has been a university professor in a Health and Exercise Studies Department for over 33 years, with a career grounded in promoting physical wellness and mind-body balance. For more than 25 years, she has had her own practice as an ADHD coach, supporting individuals of all ages in building strategies for focus,
movement, and daily success. A classroom teacher in the landmark MTA (Multimodal Treatment of ADHD) study, Dr. Lewis combines academic expertise with real-world coaching to empower those with ADHD. She is the author of Balance, Strength, and Flexibility for Those with ADHD, a resource designed to support both physical and cognitive well-being.
