Yet again, I wasted my time thinking I would maybe get some good skills or tips for dealing with my impulsivity as a mature adult with ADHD. I should have known. This was geared predominately towards children and the parents of children with ADHD. I will no longer even sign up for webinars unless they specifically say they are for adults. Lesson learned and I have been burned too many times.
