I was expecting some more suggestions, and even something for an adult with SPD.
There are several situations that I cannot easily tolerate.
The constant one is brights lights in my eyes. I often wear a hat with a peak or brim inside the house.
I will do a search.
Agreed with regards to the pronouns. It only serves to further marginalise women and push the incorrect notion that ADHD and SPD are for boys. Please don’t do that.
Most autistic people have SPD. So have I. It would be great to see you talking about people with ADD diagnoses that may be autistic.
I really love your content however when you use the pronouns “his” within an article it has numerous negative implications. Hoping you all can be more mindful in future articles!
