I mean havent worked it out? 😅
Was wondering, Ive masked and told myself am used to things for so long, I only actively notice a few things that set my system off me (Ticking clocks, certain fabrics, raw onions, hot and cold). Some things I now interpret as things that are fun and exciting instead, like stimulation from being in a crowd is loud, trying unusual new foods, but lead to fatigue, cause instead of going somewhere to calm it down, I seek it out. Then get random fatigue cause I have worked out how to balance it well. Any suggestions?
How can I print out the article “Why You Feel Too Much (and How to Cope)? It’s a slide show, and I’d like to print it as an article so my son will read it . Help, please! [email protected]
