  1. I feel so alone most of the time. I have a ton of friends but I dont have energy to be with them. My fiance never understands and we hardly ever communicate effectivel. diagnosed at 50, and have been taking adderrall. retired now from social work and I know all the right stuff to do. I just wish i had a better support system.
