Totally agreed my female commenters!
Why is this only aimed at men? I identify with all of it, and I’m not a dude.
And, unfortunately, all the tips seem to be N/A. š You have to be able to have control of yourself in the first place to do them. 0 to explosion in .01 seconds doesn’t really allow this. Anger is NOT a slow build for me.
I disagree that this is a male only expression of ADHD. Myself and plenty of other women with ADHD have these very strugges to.
Seriously, when RSD is triggerred there is no think before you do anything and verbally hurting the object is what its about. Inflicting the same pain that you feel or preferrably more. RSD is that moment when consequences be damned. Youve been rejected in your senses and in your mind at a fundemental level . Fight or flight.
Think of Donald Trump, Navarro, and Kudlow at theG7 Meeting. Their verbal reactions were pure RSD. Trump had given in so much to get the Summit with Kim that he flew off the handle at the smallest insult from the Canadian Prime Minister.
Seriously? You’re going to politicize this and drag the president in to it?!?
Actually you didn’t really drag the president into the subject of ADHD. You dragged ADHD into the subject of the presidency. To quote Donald Trump, “pathetic!”.
To Hell with the āCanadian Prime Ministerā!
