  1. I don’t know if this will help anyone but I was 78 when I was diagnosed. I was told I was too old and had too many medical issues to take ADHD medication. In the meantime I developed some muscle/nerve issues and my PCP put me on Gabapentin. After increasing it to 60mg/day I started feeling more alert. My ADHD therapist told me that Gabapentin is sometimes used for ADHD. Now after 6 months of it I have begun feeling like I have come out of a long term mental fog that I didn’t even realize I had. I love it!
