Strattera Plus a Stimulant
“My son’s doctor feels he would focus better if he took a small dose of a stimulant in addition to his dose of Strattera. Is this a good idea?”
Strattera alone sometimes isn’t enough to curb symptoms of ADHD. The drug’s manufacturer, Eli Lilly, suggests adding a stimulant if needed. My concern is that, if you need a stimulant to see improvement, why use Strattera at all?
