This webinar sounds so much like my 14 (soon-to-be 15) year old daughter. Governor Cuomo has ordered our schools closed until May 15. I’m stressed since I have worked in over a month since I work at the middle/high school she attends as a 9th-grade student and she’s stressed out not only about this CO-VID 19 stuff, but also stuff regarding my ex-husband and his fiancee whom she still has to see once a week at least and every other weekend for their visitation schedule. Do I really have to encourage her to get her boatload of homework from her special education and BOCES teachers done when all reality, we won’t be going back to school before the year ends in June? I just think it’s stupid. I’m not a tech wizard and have no idea how to use Google Classroom. All I know is things best be getting back to normal soon or I’m going to lose my ever-loving mind.
