  1. THANK YOU, Terry! I’m sending you an e-hug. This is one of the most helpful webinars I’ve heard in a while. I often put Air Pods in and walk around the house while I’m listening to webinars. Today, you made me feel understood and that was enough to power me through the boredom of dishes, laundry, putting stuff away and filling bags to take to Goodwill for an hour. My Fitbit says I got 2,000 steps in during that time. You reminded me that so many of us do work without financial or emotional compensation, so of course it’s hard! I’m not alone and I’m proud that I’ve accomplished so much.

@Chuk, I think the world needs more dads like you. I had the same thought when I saw the title of the webinar because I thought it should be more inclusive. I ask similar questions every time my “Moms ADHD Group” meets. Like, why don’t our husbands feel the need to form an ADHD Dads Group? Why aren’t they concerned with educating themselves about ADHD, communicating with teachers, or seeking strategies for strengthening social skills in our children? Based on 19 years of marriage and 16 years of parenting, I would edit your comment, “Moms OVERWHELMINGLY shoulder the majority of the burden” and “Parenting SHOULD be a team sport!!” Why do moms, in particular, feel so alone in these responsibilities? I wish I had an easy answer, but for the past hour, I didn’t feel alone. I’m sure you will appreciate this webinar, which should hit home with ANY parent living with ADHD.

  2. Great idea, I will probably register if only for the replay link, even as a man in his 6th decade of life, there is still a lot I can learn and apply.

But I do have a basic question for the presenters and for the listeners: Why is this aimed at Moms? I will grant you that Moms often shoulder the majority of the burden for organizing home life, children’s activities and such, but Dads are also vital portions of this! Parenting is a team sport!!

    Most sincerely,

  3. I am working when the webinars are on. Of I register will I be able to watch a recording at a later date?
