Shoes… I have always worn sandals, sneakers ONLY when mandated. Both of my girls have only had sneakers with velcro or the tieless shoelaces. I cant explain why, but I have boycotted the expectation of having to tie shoelaces lol. When they were younger they would have “can tie shoes” on their report card and it would make me angry! Needless to say, my 7th grader has figured it out and my 2nd grader will too. Im 40 years old and still cant figure out how to tie them without coming undone!
