  1. Most women with ADHD are facing the trouble of not actually taking accountability, and instead blaming others, not themselves as indicated in this article. This is one of the more significant problems that they face as they are unable to maintain relationships, both intimate and otherwise.

The frequent lack of accountability, and search for someone else to blame, is driven by their generalized anxiety, which creates fear, and then as a secondary emotion, anger. The concluding emotions causes their amygdala to activate a fight sequence, which triggers the accusations towards others when the actions they’ve taken resulted in a negative outcome.

It’s an irrational response and something they do not have control over. Meanwhile, the same can be found in males with ADHD, except due to their reduced connection with emotional response, don’t exhibit this behavior to the same extreme.
