  1. I watched the video replay from home as I’m on leave from work recovering from burnout. At 61 I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and Kate’s presentation helped me understand why I’ve had what I now know to be ADHD burnout multiple times through my career. Now learning how to recover, and avoid yet another cycle. Most grateful to you, Kate.

Burn out is such a pattern for women, particularly late dx ADHD in midlife, when we realise we can no longer push through the same way.
