Thank you for this. I am in my 40s, was diagnosed in my 20s with ADHD. I actually was a good student in school although often felt like I had to work harder than others. And in many ways I also was safe because I did well in most subjects. However over the last several years I have enrolled in courses to expand my skills and my business and repeatedly found myself in these patterns. I also have been under extreme amounts of stress. This is truly illuminating and easily applies to adults in the workplace as well as kids in school. Thank you.
