  1. I work best with – you get a body double for 50 min, set goals at the start and discuss progress at the end. I’ve met people with very interesting jobs and research. While working, I move the screen so I can just seen one eye in a corner, next to the dock [on a Mac], so I’m aware of their presence, without getting distracted by looking at their every movement. It really helps me get started.
