Hey. I scored 3 I think, quite frankly I forgot… but I have a need to shower every day wash my hair about 3-5 times just for it to feel clean and wash my face 3 times. I’ll also have worried thoughts sometimes and overthink about something or have reoccurring dreams of my house getting broken into or something bad is happening. Do you think I might have ocd?
Hey. What if i have only one of the above symptoms? I have this excessive need of washing my hands and yes i am afraid of touching things that other people touched or not letting them touch me at all. I’ve checked it again and again but i don’t have any other symptom than this. Let me know whether i have OCD or not.
Hi! You most likely do not. You could just be a germaphobe! If you are still concerned you should get a second opinion, but it is likely you just have a fear of germs/ getting sick. Hope this helps!
