I know this is gonna sound crazy, but it works for everyone I know, including me. Get a high quality essential oil called Vetiver. It’s really thick, so as the bottle allows room, I begin to add a carrier oil. 1-2 drops on bottom of large right toe. You’re asleep before you know it and it’s not that “druggy” sleep. Works every time!
