Thanks for these great tips. I fight going to bed because I want those precious hours from midnight to 2am, especially when I’m wired from a productive/hyper-focused day & I can’t/won’t wind down. The analogy of running for the train rather than driving it is fantastic-I’m putting this quote in my phone as a reminder to go off at 11.30pm!
