  1. I love this article! I don’t have ADHD, but my husband and two children do. Over the years, I’ve made a lot of “adjustments” to create more harmony in our home, like tolerating messy bedrooms and giving up on family meals. I felt guilty about those choices though and wondered if I was just avoiding conflict. Thanks to this article, now I see we just have an ILP that works for our family – yay!
