  1. Interestingly, I’ve been doing all of these things for years, long before I had ever suspected I had ADHD. That’s probably one of the reasons why so many people felt that there was no way I had it. I’ve had so many coping strategies in place for so many years that I’ve just inadvertently passed as a semi-functional adult.
