Routines are said to provide the all-important structure that children with ADHD need to thrive. But many of our kids are brimming with spontaneous imagination and creativity. Does too much structure stifle all that?

Very accurate description of our mornings! 🙂
And also, I like the wisdom of allowing some time in the routine for those little sparks of magic. Trying to do that.
And also, currently testing if having a set music playlist for every step of the routine might help which our very musical child.
