I agree. I have found some forms of marijuana stimulating, actually energizing and encouraging me to be active, outgoing and inquisitive. sometimes the same or others help me focus. And can add to my creativity, and initiative to get up or get out and DO something. Unfortunately, most strains “dope me down” and it’s hard to find the more stimulating strains with any consistency. Therefore, I rarely smoke, mostly in social settings, and as modern strains of grass are very potent, I rarely take more than one “hit”, usually as a joint as I find it has less of a depressive effect than a pipe or bong, and I feel less “doped up” which is a feeling and high I don’t particularly like as it makes me lethargic and sleepy.
Although I love your adhd articles when they refer to cannabis use I see a bit of bias or lack of information as we can see here, there are many types of cannabis (strains) that you can use on many treatments, while some can make us (ADHD) even more inattentive there are others that can help. The statement of those people seems to speak as cannabis being a single biological component l, with a single reaction, response, or solution for all or any symptoms. It’s different not just for each organism but also for each plant, so that can’t be accurate. That’s sad because I’m really used to trusting the information I gather on this site.
