Q: “What Are the Long-Term Effects of ADHD Medication on the Brain?”

  1. Hi Cynthia,

The footnote numbers in the article are themselves hyperlinks that take you to the footnotes at the bottom of the page. Oddly, when I read the article, there wasn’t a footnotes section listing the resources visible at the bottom of the page. Once I clicked on the footnote number itself within the text of the article, the footnotes section opened and became visible.

    Best,
    Marcia

  2. I have never heard anywhere that starting medication for ADHD early in life changes the areas of the brain that are less developed in children with ADHD than in children without ADHD–so those areas become similar to those without ADHD. The article lists footnotes (1,2,3,4,5,6,) but not footnotes are included. Where are the footnotes that might substantiate this thesis?
