  1. I might be able to put sth on my smartphone if I am very motivated by an article such as this. But I will never never pull it up instead of doing what I am tempted to do. This stuff is a big fat paradox to me. If I had the executive function to actually do any of these interventions, I would have got myself in order thirty years ago. “He wrote out the consequences…” Ha! Either I can not write, or I go down a rabbit hole and write all kinds of stuff, use up the notebook on hyperfocus. If I could take a pill every day that would make me ok for that day, I would forget to take it, or fail to renew the prescription or whatever.
