Most of these tips would be very useful for me, as long as I managed to employ them. I know that lists help, but I usually get distracted before I get the lists made — or I lose them in the chaos of my environment.
Doesn’t really make me feel any of them could be as powerful as what I need. Any very practical tips from anyone who has really struggled with this?
As this has been posted as “no-fail” tricks, I’d like to see the research where they were successful for 100% of those with ADHD.
