My teens are grandchildren and i only have one of those teens left BUT i am not sure they believe in the do as I say mentality of my generation. Especially when i ciuld never use one myself. How did i solve the problem you ask? Well i i had already hired an assistant and she was very conciencess so Her duries came to include making sure i attended all meetings with proper tools notes etc, and maintaining my Christmas card list advising me of all the days activities and otherwise keeping everything in order that normals put in a planner. She also maintained an office correspondence diary that brought up all documents that needed follow up and placed them in my incoming mail. She basically ran the office and I handled creative activities writing reports and signing the checks. We shared a joke that she could come in while i was working and ask for a million dollar check while i was in hyperfocus, go back and write the check and then come in and have me sign it. She claimed the only reason she didnt is because she maintained the banking records and new there never was enough in there to make it worthwhile. It took till 10 years after retirement for me to find out i was ADHD
