"I Feel Utterly, Hopelessly Alone."
Social isolation is a real problem for women with ADHD. We feel disconnected from family members and colleagues who don't understand our ADD challenges. And we feel too ashamed to ask for help. Why changing this dynamic is so important — and doable.

“…making the pendulum swing too deeply…”
For all this worldly talk about being inclusive, I hate that you went straight to, “Social isolation is a real problem for women with ADHD.” I am not a woman. I don’t have she/her/die/hon pronouns/modifiers attached to my name, but I do experience social isolation as a result of my Inattentive ADD. I know that women have been wronged and overlooked in the past, but let’s not perpetuate the problem by making the pendulum too deeply in the opposite direction. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
