Self-perceptions of being ‘lazy’ or ‘careless’ collide with emotional hypersensitivity when you are fat shamed. There is also new research showing a possible biological link between ADHD, women, and a fat disorder known as Lipidema. Lipidema fat is resistant to diet and exercise so no matter how hard we try to stick to healthy eating and exercise the fat will not reduce. If your fat feels like little marbles under your skin, bumpy-not smooth, and tends to be more around your hips and thighs rather than your midsection, it may be lipedema fat.
