Pretty much, according to this article, I live in a community of EFD adults. OMG!!
I am fairly positive I have this, but what difference would it make if I consulted a medical doctor? I’m not too concerned with getting an “official diagnosis,” I just need help with learning new patterns and habits to reduce the frustration these struggles cause me. Who would be the best professional to consult for this?

So how is this different from ADD/ADHD? It sounds similar to many ADD symptoms. Is this totally separate or do most people with ADD also have EFD?
