  1. A big thank you to everybody behind the scene of ADDITUDE. I am a 42 yrs old female diagnosed with ADHD ( hyper/impulsive type) at age of 36 yrs old. I am navigating the recovery of depression and digesting all that entails being ADHD. ADDITUDE RESOURCES have brought me so much releif, hope and light…..there are not a single resource i got through that i dont wanna share with alllll the adhd folks in this world! THANK YOU.
