I really loved the tone of this article. As someone with a mid-life diagnosis who has generally kept up appearances in front of others, this really resonated with me. There is so much advice out there on how to deal with ADHD but so much is still trial and error with me, that it’s easy to forget that we’re all so different, and something that works for one person doesn’t work for another. I like the framing as your specific “flavor” of ADHD.
I am now worried that you’re boiling water in a teapot!! 😂. Kettle, perhaps?!
I’m feeling bad about myself this evening, and this article is perfect. I’m talented in a number of ways, but I can feel really frustrated with myself for not being able to focus on one thing!
I love this. I’m slowly starting ADHD coaching and things like this help keep my confidence level from dipping. Keep being that voice we need. Love you!!!!!
