APSARD's ADHD diagnosis and treatment guidelines for adults in the U.S. will be published in 2024, says APSARD President, Ann Childress, in an interview with ADDitude.

These Guidelines are the “first-ever Adult ADHD Guidelines developed by professional organization in the USA”. the Canadian ADD Resource Alliance (CADDRA) published Guidelines for diagnosis of Adults over 10 years ago. The Guidelines and accompanying resources can be found at caddra.ca
I applaud APSARD for developing a set of Guidelines for Adults, but please do not refer to them as “first-ever”, they are not.
