ADHD and anxiety are closely connected. Anxiety disorder is ADHD’s most common comorbidity — in no small part because the ADHD experience makes for a life characterized by stress and worry. This is especially true in the time of the pandemic, when new coping mechanisms are required.

  1. Thanks. I too also have trouble with phrases or buzzwords. Sometimes just describing how the buzzword affects someone can help make it easier to understand.

  2. I feel like this is very good information, but i have to admit i don’t understand a lot of it.
    The buzzwords and phrases are not familiar to me.
    I would like more instruction on “how” the solutions are addressing the problems.
