There is no good evidence beyond anecdotal that either art therapy, play therapy or music therapy works. (Although if the writer has evidence proving otherwise I would be glad to learn about it.)
On the other hand, mindfulness-based interventions do have an effect (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36429915/) and are not mentioned in the article.

Very informative and goes to show there are many pathways to effective therapies. So many different ways to approach the therapies.
