  1. This isn’t a handbook at all. It’s a PDF thrown together with hundreds of links for ‘help’.
    Wow. I really thought ADDitude aimed to display their goal to help simply.
    This handbook is so inaccessible to ADHDers that my view is changing.
    Have the ADHDer among you actually looked at this download? Please, have an ADHDer download this and see if they can even manage to process past the contents and introduction. There are 35 pages, see if an ADHDer makes it past page 6 without becoming burnt out.
