  1. I have four kids. Twin girls that are 14. One boy that’s 11 and an 8 year old with ADHD. Monday through Thursday they do the following each day:

    8:45-9: Hygiene time!

    9-10 – (I) Dad cooks breakfast.

10-11 – Summer bridge time (each child has an academic activity to complete – Dad checks their work from the answer key.)

11-12 – Fun time (all kids play board games)

12-1 – Exercise (all kids have a set of exercises to choose from – exercises are done as a team – 15 minutes is built in for bathing)

    1-2 – Dad cooks lunch.

2-3 – Art Expression (each kid has a choose of artistic related activities to do)

3-4 – Quiet time (each kid can sleep, listen to music, read leisurely)

4-5 – Reading time (each kid reads for 30 minutes then writes a paragraph about what they read [could be a summary, how what they read related to their life, what they would change about what they read, what will happen next, etc.)

    5-6 – Dinner

    6-8 – Electronic time

8-9:30 – Family time (TV, games, talk, etc. with mom and dad)

    9:30-10 Bedtime

Fridays is our cleaning day. We clean starting at 10 am. After cleaning, they can do whatever they want. Saturdays are free days. Sundays are days that we transition back to week days. They can start technology at 10 am. They get two hours of technology and one off technology up until 8 pm. Bedtime is 10 pm so we can start our “summer program” again from Monday to Thursday.
