I keep thinking I need a routine that is written (by me) for my personal needs. Thanks for motivating me to finally get around to writing it down on paper. (It’s not working just written in my head, because I’m 81 and so forgetful.) And thanks for making me think of some things I would have left out.
I’ve attempted numerous downloads after imputing my email address and always resulting in no downloads… not certain what might be the glitch? Thanks
I get that this is a lead-generator but it really needs updating for modern society. It’s awful “one size fits all” advice and would likely put people off any paid services. It could easily make someone feel worse than they already do – written in 2016 and very out of date culturally. The odd good bit of advice is outweighed by the implication that doing all this should be possible and necessary. It’s so highly specific, it would only resonate with maybe 5% of people downloading it. This could be so much more of a valuable resource with a modern re-write, or even with multiple versions for the most common demographics.
I gave up at “15 minutes earlier”. Apart from the fact that that not everybody can get up earlier than everybody else, how do you expect shower, brush teeth, dress and a cup of coffee to take only 15 minutes? Even without ADHD, there is some tidying, preparing and planning going on while you are getting ready in the morning. This is ridiculous. Some of you ADHD people believe neurotypical people can actually fulfill what is expected of them – only some well-off high achievers actually can. And tricks like this do not help anyone.
This only works for office workers and business leaders. why aren’t there more articles for the working class or those with minimum wage jobs? Not all of us are middle-class people with actual health insurance and 401ks.
