    1. ADDitude reader

I’m old school and keep things in a bullet journal. I’ve made my “head space” mood/meds/symptoms diary section, my class periods sections (week to a page), “brain dump” to-do lists at the front of each month, etc! I’m able to allocate jobs from the “brain dump” pages to each day, etc. It means. Don’t have to feel like I need to write them down according to priority, first time ‘round! This is a huge part of keeping my head from spiraling out of control.

    2. ADDitude reader

Bullet Journals have worked for carrying around with her. It keeps track of everything from taking her vitamins, tracking her sleep, moods, pains and sickness. To her appointments, school projects and her free time. Bullet journals are great but require creating for most people, I create then for her every month. I also have a huge calendar in the house so she can see her week all the time. It includes weather for each day as well as the things she should be eating.

    3. ADDitude reader

I don’t use an app for my to-do list: I have a bullet journal and daily create a ‘brain dump’ of random things I have or want to do. I cross them off the list once they’re added to my calendar. Anything not scheduled on the calendar gets transferred (if still appropriate) to the next day’s list. It’s a manual system that works really well for me.

    4. ADDitude reader

Bullet journaling helps me to prioritize and helps me remember things I need to do.
