INGREDIENTS FOR TACO MEAT

1 pound ground organic turkey
1 onion, peeled and diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
2 teaspoons chile powder
2 teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped, or 2 teaspoons dried
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced , or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin

3. Once the herbs and spices are blended in and the turkey is fully cooked, add the tomato puree and simmer a minute or so.
4. Fill the lettuce cups with the taco meat and top with a teaspoon of guacamole.
