Leaps and Bounds
One-on-one instruction for kids who struggle to read can create tremendous progress in just one summer – and foster a love of reading forever.
My daughter’s ADHD and reading disabilities were identified very early, but she still lagged behind her peers throughout elementary school. During the summer between first and second grades, my daughter received one-on-one instruction during an intensive summer school program.
Fast-forward to the sixth grade: My daughter loves to read, and has earned an A in advanced English on her first report card. I am so proud of her progress.
