“Positive thinking is powerful thinking. If you want happiness, fulfillment, success and inner peace, start thinking you have the power to achieve those things. Focus on the bright side of life and expect positive results.”
― Germany Kent
Just keep this in mind, motivate yourself timely and Never Underestimate The Power of Believing in Yourself. This is not a disorder at all. Create a happy environment around you. If you still think that you need to consult, go for good ADHD therapist. Make a good Schedule of your day, practice good exercise/yoga.
Exactly, I totally agree with you. We should keep motivating Oneself.
I too have this social phobia and It is really hard to get out of it without the persistent efforts and proper counseling.
Hey, I read your answer and found that you are quite positive but in a negative way. Just remember this thing “You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection”

Hey, I just came across your answer and learn that you are really so nice person. You are incredible and your ex don’t deserve you. It hurts when people overreact on the ADHD, you are such a brilliant personality. Appreciate you from the core of my heart.
I am also facing the same kind of behavior from people around me. Don’t know how and why people do this kind of stuff to someone.
Yes, you are enabling him and he will definitely become helpless in future and might get into the wrong side. Instead of writing a resume and looking for his job. You need to talk to him as well as your daughter seriously. Without letting the things down, just ask him a few questions about his future plans and the way how he will achieve his life goals. Just share your experience with him. Try to turn the situation, despite caring him, ask him to help you. I am sure he will definitely be on the right path one day.
