I am the same. If it’s a good book I will read it in a day or two. If not it will take me months. but I do love reading. I also personally love jigsaw puzzles. It seems like an odd choice for adhd but i can work with my hands (fidget) and think about other things in the world or day dream. I like the amount of thought I have to put in to the jig saw puzzle. It’s not completely mindless, but enough so I can think of other things too.

So I have had a very similar experience. I am a junior in college as well. No one ever even mentioned the possibility of ADHD to me until about a year ago. I had good grades in highschool, but once I got to college I couldn’t fake it anymore. I am a huge daydreamer. I don’t think there has ever been a lecture I have payed attention to the whole time. I just got tested and diagnosed. My advice is if you are able get tested. Then you have the information to go forward. At least with my testing there was also IQ and aptitude testing as well. So you get a lot of information even if it turns out you don’t have ADHD
