An employee of mine. Disclose to me he has. ADHD, Anxiety, and is on medication. He didn’t disclose this to anyone else. He’s the hardest working guy, I know. But he struggles. With remembering things, Hyper focusing, And staying on task. We work in a very time sensitive environment. I do my best. To accommodate his circumstance. But in my efforts. To provide him support. My Ability to perform my own work and support my staff members suffered tremendously. I can’t disclose his condition. But I can’t Continue to suffer professionally. What can I do to To protect his privacy while maintaining my professional reputation?
