Hi, I am trying to find out if there is any literature or if anyone has had any experience challenging work based review processes, particularly where they involve peer benchmarking? I work for a global organisation and the review system we have requires feedback against a number of criteria and expectations. These ways of working have been designed by the firm and as far as I can find out were not designed with input from or any kind of calibration for non-neurotypicals.
Would be great to hear of any experience others have in this area and/or literature on the subject. It is something I would like to challenge the business about but would want to be well equipped before I do!
