The most important thing with any medication
is to set yourself up for success. Primarily looking at your diet and making sure to exercise day. ADHD is a chemical imbalance in your brain so doing everything you can to raise up dopamine/serotonin levels daily sets you up for success. Dopamine levels are raised through exercise and serotonin levels through your diet. A minimum of 30-60 minutes of exercise. For serotonin levels making sure to eat plenty of fat including saturated fat is very beneficial to the brain. Second is protein and last carbs. Fat and protein should be the focus daily. They are your brain’s best friend.
