    I was on a ODD site and they mentioned this supplement..has anyone tried it or have experience with it..Thanks

    According to Dr. Amen, GABA helps to calm the brain. He uses it to treat several of his 7 types of ADHD, as outlined here:

    I’m on GABA, it’s a neurotransmitter to help calm the brain. I have a diagnosis of Anxiety with some ADHD like symptoms.
