I’m 60 and have ADHO. Dr. Gabor Maté book called Scattered Minds is a must read for suffers (changed my life) and parents of children with ADD
The best book on the subject do yourself a favor check it out. The book has helped my wife understand what is going on inside my mind, and allows
me to slow down, and take control, as best i can. Please check it out, it is on Google Reads so you can skim it to see if it READS as great as I’m
