    Hi All,

    I seem to have answers to alot that goes on here for my own self, but for the love of this ADD, stuff does anyone know the difference between seriously being unhappy and seriously being depressed.

    I mean I think I have been unhappy for a long time and that turned into depression, maybe I am coming out of depression and it has to go through unhappiness as part of the stages in reverse. Does this make any sense?

    I really have nothing and everything to be unhappy or happy about. Gratitude only works for a while. If anyone understands what I am saying please chime in.
