Hi all, I am new to this site and relatively new to the notion that I have ADHD.
I wanted to ask two questions:
    1. Is it normal for someone with ADHD to feel depressed and even almost physically nauseous when trying to make and stick to a schedule?
I feel like that and it really inhibits my ability to work on skills and projects.

    2. I cannot picture people or places or anything in my head. I used to be able to but not for about ten years now. I see flashes of faces etc but I cannot hold the image in my head.

    Thank you!

It sounds like you’re anxious about failing when trying to stick to a schedule. ADHD can cause anxiety or depression or those conditions can be co-morbid with ADHD.

It sounds like you’d benefit from a thorough evaluation.
