    Hi,
I am a researcher at the Children’s Health and Exercise Research Centre (CHERC) – which is a dedicated paediatric research unit at the University of Exeter, England.

We are interested in how improving sleep might help control young peoples’ ADHD symptoms, but we want to ask parents on whether they feel that this would be an important research question to ask? One way in which sleep can be improved is through exercise. So, we would love to know your thoughts on whether you would welcome such research regarding exercise, sleep and ADHD symptoms. Please also let us know how we can shape this research to really provide insights which would be important to you.

Running research studies take an enormous amount of effort, so please let us know how we can maximise the value of this work.

    Many thanks,
The paediatric research team at CHERC – Exeter, England.
